By booking a transfer with Book Airport Cab, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
All bookings are confirmed by SMS to the mobile number provided. Fixed fares are locked at the time of booking and will not change unless there is a significant change to your route.
You may cancel your booking for free up to 2 hours before your scheduled pickup. Cancellations within 2 hours of pickup may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked fare.
We monitor all incoming flights at no extra charge. Delays beyond our control do not constitute grounds for a refund on arrival bookings.
Payment is accepted by credit card, debit card, cash, PayPal and Apple Pay. No credit card surcharge applies.
Book Airport Cab carries full commercial insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of the booked transfer. We are not responsible for missed flights due to factors outside our control.
